5.0 out of 5 stars Good one for the price
I bought this headset about a year ago when I decided the one I had was just too uncomfortable on my ear. So I stopped in @ Staples and picked this one up. I like it for several reasons, it fits in your ear and comes with a left or right ear adapter, it clips over your ear yet is very comfortable. I have no problem hearing or being heard. I am in my car all day long...

2.0 out of 5 stars Works well, but does not wear well
I was looking for something cheap, and I found it. Sound quality is good, and people seem to understand me well despite noisy outdoor environments. However, I'm not a big fan of the fit. I was looking for something cheap, and I found it. Sound quality is good, and people seem to understand me well despite noisy outdoor environments. However, I'm not a big fan of the fit. They have 2 rubbery pieces that you slip over the ear piece to fit in your ear. One is for the right ear, the other for left. I'd prefer a uni-ear design. Didn't really think about it, but having a button to answer and end calls is very handy. This head set does not have this.

All in all, this was a $20 mistake, but I'm continuing to use since the sound quality (on both ends) is ok.

I like it for several reasons, it fits in your ear and comes with a left or right ear adapter, it clips over your ear yet is very comfortable. I have no problem hearing or being heard. I am in my car all day long calling and receiving calls all day and this worked for me. The main thing I hated about my other four headsets was uncomfortable fit, wobbling or hard to hear. I did not have any of these problems with this headset. I would reccommend it.

Going by the Plantronics name I bought a pair of M60 headsets to use on a cell and a miniphone. They are incredibly cheaply made, and when my wife gave them a try she got a NASTY feedback squeal several times during a long call. Essentially unusable, unless we find some trick that we have missed so far. We ordered a Sennheiser PC120 to try instead.

4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome For The Price, February 1, 2006
This review is from: Plantronics M60 Over The Ear Headset w/ 2.5mm Plug (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I just picked up one of these for my Motorola Cell Phone. It has more than enough volume. It comes with both a right and left ear adapter. Fits pretty good and I have medium sized ears. Its really light but because it clips to your ear and the earpiece fits slighly in your ear you can feel that you are wearing it. It is very comfortable though. If you make a lot of cell phone calls this is a very good ear headset.

This item is great if you don't mind having a "plug in" ear piece for your phone. I don't care about having a blue tooth. I just wanted to have something for my ear so when I walk around with my Iphone in my purse or pocket, I can talk with my hands free. This little guy fills the bill. It works great. The sound is just as loud / normal as a bluetooth device. Works as well as a bluetooth in pretty much every way. Only difference is, as stated, this has a wire to plug into your headphone jack of your phone.

Note that if you have an iphone, you'll have to buy a little adapter, as most of you know the iphone headphone jack is smaller than standard size. No worries, though. I purchased this little guy for like $1.50 and it works great. It's a 2.5mm Female to 3.5mm Male Jack Stereo Adapter.

[...]

If all you're looking to do is talk handsfree, but don't care to waste money on a bluetooth, go with this. BTW, it comes with two little rubbery earpiece things that slide over the earbud. This makes it more comfortable AND funnels the sound into your ear even better than a regular earbud. The reason it comes with two is because you can choose to be a lefty or righty (ear you prefer to listen in). It also has a little cloethespin clip thing on the wire so you can clip it to your shirt.

Enjoy!

Overall, I like this headset. Pros: comfortable, lighweight, solid (no moveable parts to break!) Cons: sometimes it's a bit loose, sometimes the person on the other end of the call can't hear and I have to readjust the headset

I like the product. I can hear good on it. I wish it had a answer and end call button. But I still like the product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dont listen to bad reviews, this is an amazing product!, December 22, 2009
This review is from: Plantronics M60 Over The Ear Headset w/ 2.5mm Plug (Wireless Phone Accessory)
First off dont listen to negative reviews from people who are too dumb to understand the most baisc concept. It has everything to do with the PHONE you plug into. I am in sales and on the phone all day every day. I have run through many bluetooth headsets. For a quality BT piece you need to spend close to $100. I have lost a few when they fall out of my truck at gas stations. So being frustrated a bought this little guy. I personally need high volume to hear well and it needs to be crystal clear. This is an in your ear design which I prefer. it channels the sound into your ear canal. its very comfortable to me after hours of use. I think its a great product and I have bought 3 now. its essential when im on a conf. call. or my BT is dead which is always. I actually came here looking for it because they are hard to find and want another one for my wife in the car. I should just buy 5 of them. So if your doesnt work its probably the phone or try another unit. my only small complaint is that I look like a dork when im in a place talking and the cord catches the door handle and everything goes flying. the i use my BT again unitl its dead or I lose it.

great price, great sound quality, great fit, great volume.

1.0 out of 5 stars Buzzing, April 4, 2009
This review is from: Plantronics M60 Over The Ear Headset w/ 2.5mm Plug (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Have the exact model from several years ago. Very comfortable. Ordered another one and sent it back. The earpiece buzzed and distorted when listening. Not sure if it was a lemon or they changed the way they were made.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great headset if you're not using a bluetooth headset, January 2, 2008

I have tried all the bluetooth headsets out there and none of them all sound clear. The only one that I would consider using is the Jawbone. I got this in an Office Depot and haven't used any other headset since. Most people think I am on a landline because there is no echo and no static. Unfortunately, you just can't beat a corded headset.
