It feels great and is very comfortable. Only problem is that the person on the other end that I talk to hears a buzzing sound. As soon as i turn it off and talk through my cell phone the other person reports the buzzing sound is gone.

I own about 5 different bluetooth sets, Motorola, Jabra, Jawbone, Plantronics. Plantronics by far is the best for sound quality and comfort for your money out there.
It is better than the expensive Jawbones.

Not only did I get the Voyager Headset but also the wall charger and the car charger in the package. This is my fourth bloothtooth headset as I am in the car alot and by far the best. Ease of use and comfortability are superb. Sound is awesome. Would by another same product.

Recently became full-time remote worker, working from home 100% of the time and needing a bluetooth device for the many work-related conference calls on my cell. Checked with a cousin who recommended the Plantronics 835 which she also currently uses. My 3 criteria were 1) price; 2) ease of use; and 3) durability. For price, didn't want to pay more than $35. I paid $24 incl shipping -- so check. For ease of use it couldn't have been simpler to set up. I was up and running 1 hour and 5 mins out of the box and the first hour of that was to charge the unit -- so check. And finally durability: I've only had the unit for about a month but I've dropped it a few times and squeezed it in my purse w/out benefit of a case or cover and it still works fine. My cousin has had hers longer (over a year) and reports no issues with durability so conditional check mark on the durability criteria. Definitely recommend.

The product is just as stated in previous reviews. Good quality, but the sound isn't loud enough. a lot of times I am in a noisy place and it's difficult to hear what the other person is saying. Since she is a better listener than I am,"so she says," I just gave it to my wife and I'm still looking for a different one that is louder.

Earlier, I owned 2-3 bluetooths, but this one, I really like it. This is very comfortable & the sound clarity is excellent. Purchased the second headset after one week.

Good built and great sound quality. No echo of your on voice as some of the other cheap headset produce. What more can you ask from bluetooth headset.

The only problem I have with the 835 & the 520 is that you have to hold the
button for quite awhile untill it turns blue meaning it is on. I must have gone
into AT&T 5 times thinking there was something wrong with it until I realized I wasn't holding it down long enough for it to turn on. Other than that it works great I ordered this item thru Amazon & received it very quickly

I bought the Voyager 835 to replace another Plantronics bluetooth that was stolen. Unfortunately the 835 is worthless for the conference call I am on with staff using a spider phone. Even with the volume all the way up and treble boost on the Blackberry handset it's really hard to hear if I'm in a car driving down the road.

I'm really bummed to report that this headset only lasted me two days. When it wsa working it sounded great and did the job but It just quit working after two days. I thought maybe the battery died so I charged it and nothing happened. :(
