This is standard equipment at my place of work. Anyone who spends any time on the phone uses them and they very reliable. I just bought an additional one with the M12 amplifier for home use. It functions perfectly with most home phones. Note: It uses an RJ11 jack, that's the square clear acrylic type jack, not the pin type jack found on walkman style headphones. This headphone can be used directly into a phone, or through an amp like the M12. The m12 has a mute, volume control and microphone volume as well. Additionally it has a passthrough function for your regular headset, so both options are still available when using tyour phone. This is NOT a wireless system. |
