Still one of the best headsets
I prefer not to deal with the bluetooth technology. There is nothing worse than driving and getting a call when your cell phone and bluetooth haven't been connected yet. And who has time to connect bluetooth everytime you get in the car? And which smartphones can handle the battery drain with bluetooth on all day? This is my preferred headset and I will keep ordering...

Description is not correct
Description is not correct. It stated that a LG Incite was compatible, however it was not. I had to return the device. Customer service, however, was good.
