5.0 out of 5 stars One Hell of a Game
Although this game may look "kiddy" it is actually fun. To be honest the only reason I bought the game was because Hayato was in it and I always play with him on Marvel vs. Capcom 2. But this game revived a sense of pure fun which had died in me since the original MK days. This game is along the Capcom game line including the usual hyper combos and specials. So...

2.0 out of 5 stars Hardcore Capcom fans only.
The game has a fair storyline, the gameplay is decent, but you won't be able to ignore the polished PS1 like graphics. The game is very bland and has no depth in it's menu or character designs. Capcom sure tried to push this product to the Hardcore Capcom fans only, but if you want a great game, maybe you should consider other Dreamcast titles and pay no more than $8 for...

But this game revived a sense of pure fun which had died in me since the original MK days. This game is along the Capcom game line including the usual hyper combos and specials. So if you want my advice it is truly one of the funnest fighting games to come out in a long time and you can tell the people at Capcom really used their imaginations making it (need I remind you of Saturns "Dance with me" special?). So in short, if you like fighting games, crazy and cool looking moves, and a good time, this game is for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Let's fight!, October 31, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Plasma Sword (Video Game)
Beilsten was standing in front of Prince.Prince lashed out a yo-yo smashed Balstein in the face.Prince then let out an energy ball and smashed Balstein. He hit Balstein with 10 doll bombs, and then got out of kicking range......
This is what this game is about.Special attacks and sweet blocks.Every character has his or her own clone-type they must fight before fighting Bilstein.A very fun and interesting game. Can hook you on and on,just trying to find out the moves!A tekken with a twist,I give this book 2 thumbs up.The game also allows most of the characters,at the beggining! This game is a very sweet game, and has excellent controller function. It also has humor, when Prince walks backwards,he walks,Michael Jackson style!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Game For A Good Price, January 24, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Plasma Sword (Video Game)
This is a great game. There are 22 characters, and 2 of each are a like. The moves are great, although i wish there were more. The price is only .... I first played this at a friends house and loved it, so I decided to get it. The moves are easy to learn since it says in the instruction booklet. It is pretty easy but not too easy so it doesn't get boring fast.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's better than some of Capcom's other games, April 30, 2000

This game is good because of the creativity that was put into it. My favorite charter is Saturn. The colors aren't complex but are nice to the eyes, and the graphics are above the norm. They should have had FMV for the endings, though. The play system is not too hard to learn but not too simplistic, so it doesn't get boring too quickly. If you have some money to blow, buy this game; if not, it isn't a must need.
