Good for One-Shot,
This review is from: Plastic Dip Intl. 11603-6 Plasti-Dip (Misc.)
The previous poster hit on the problem, though did not address it fully. The problem I found was that the snap-on lid provided to "seal" the can after initial use did not fully seal the can which, after some time, allowed the remaining contents to become unusable. Therefore, it becomes a one-shot use item. So, if you buy this, get all the tools you want to use it on together and do them all at one time.

Good Stuff,

What I did was use Saran Wrap between the cheap lid and the can. That worked for a long time and kept it liquid. Otherwise, works very nice.

Wonderful stuff. See uploaded pictures,
This review is from: Plastic Dip Intl. 11603-6 Plasti-Dip (Misc.)
Half a can covered 10 pairs of pliers with 6-8 coats each. The coated areas smell "chemical" for a couple of days. Then the smell disappears completely. It's best to cover longest handles first, as the level in the can will go down with use. For good results dip slowly and lift slowly, recommended pace is 1 inch per 5 seconds each way. The result is "professional" looking and the new skins are tough to break. The vapors have nasty intense odor, so make sure to use good ventilation or work outdoors. When finished, I used aluminum foil secured around with masking tape to re-seal the can. The can is completely sealed when you can't smell any vapors around the lid the next day. Like others indicated, the original plastic lid is not airtight and it will not prevent the liquid from solidifying over time. See the dipping in action on my uploaded "customer images".
