About the Author
: Polly and Pam Judd have been writing for Hobby House Press for the past 10 years. Both skilled researchers, Polly says "It just came naturally" that my daughter, Pam, and I write about the hobby we enjoy so much-doll collecting."
A retired junior high school teacher, Polly devotes most of her time to writing. Pam currently teaches fifth graders and is a performing harpsichordist. Both women reside in Ohio.
The Judd's other books include: Hard Plastic Dolls Identification & Price Guide, Volumes I & II; Cloth Identification and Price Guide; and Glamour Dolls of the 1950s & 1960s. The Judds are also contributing editors to Doll Reader magazine.

Good pictures and overall information on early hard plastic dolls. I especially liked the section listing unique details of doll bodies & clothes for each manufacturer which helps to identify unmarked dolls.
