I purchased this Self Help Guide over a year ago when I first began to explore the controversial penile enhancement procedures. Having had a previous reconstructive procedure which left me a notch smaller I was looking for a source of information about all of the different surgeons and techniques. Although I have opted to not go forward with any enhancement procedures I found this book to be the perfect source of information-- guiding me in my decision making process. I highly recommend this book for those men who are seeking-- or who are just curious about this new realm of plastic surgery. This resource will help many more men make an informed decision about where to go and what to do. Whatever choice a man makes--- it best be an informed one! I highly recommend this as the place to start learning.

Faiz Ansari has written a book that proves immensely helpful to men who are considering cosmetic surgery and penal enhancement. The guide is thoroughly researched, contains useful, detailed advice, and most important, it addresses an issue that many men have often thought about. There is no other resource like it anywhere.

I first heard about penis enhancement surgery when I bought a computer and got connected to the internet. I had a small penis complex so I was reading everything I could find. I read success stories and some guys that got butchered and hearing every doctor say he was the best and fixes other doctors mistakes. Well someone was making the mistakes and I wasn't sure who to turn to who was trustworthy and honest. I did not want to have to walk in to just any doctor's office and have him cut me so I looked for more information. I came across the penis enhancement book with an unbiased author and I new I had to read this. Well I wasn't disappointed and would recommend it to anyone considering surgery for length and/or girth. I picked the best surgeon as far as i'm concern for these surgies which is Dr.Rheinschild. I only had the lengthening done so far but i'm sure he will also do a good job on the dermals when the time comes. I recommend the book but cannot comment on my length gains as it has only been ten weeks since my surgery but everything else is okay so far.
