This item could have been dropped in an envelope and mailed with a first-class stamp, but I paid $3.95 shipping on a $1.95 item that fits in my wallet and probably weighs the same as a credit card! Ridiculous. But I couldn't find replacement windows anywhere else. The item itself is fine, but just be prepared to pay twice the price again in shipping.

I was disappointed with my purchase of this wallet. I have 3 men in my family who have been looking for this size wallet insert for their photos, but all 3 require a style with a hard plastic tab at the back that will slip into the middle pocket of the wallet to hold the insert in place. This style does not have that tab and the photo online does not clearly reflect if it does or not. So this purchase was useless to us. I contacted Customer Service and they informed me they don't even carry what I was looking for. Seems odd since that's the only style that came with the wallets my family members own - so they must make them somewhere! The only way this wallet insert being sold here will work is if you have a money-clip style wallet with a metal clip or small leather strap across the inside middle of the wallet.

the inserts are great. i used them to put wallet size photos in, and they were of good quality and worked beautifuly. my only problem with them was that i had to order 2 different sizes just to ensure that i would get the right one for my wallet. one of them was perfect, and now i just have an extra insert i'll never use. i think the company could do a better job of providing both a clearer picture and description of each of the different sizes available.
