This is a very thorough and definitive collection of Gary Moore's work. It's clever to space the songs out to separate CDs according to their genre. His overall career is represented well here, but it does leave off some favorites such as the aforementioned Led Clones, the entire Scars album, and most of the Dark Days in Paradise album. Overall, it is a great steal (I got it for $17.99) and it's a great representation of Gary Moore's music throughout the years.

I have recently purchased this 3-CD collection of Awesome music by Gary Moore. Eventhough I already own many of his albums, I really wanted to have a large collection of his strongest material in an easily accessible format. The Platinum Collection is a quality compilation of Moore's music that spans many years. I really miss Gary Moore, but this terrific collection of his material makes me appreciate how talented he was. I am absolutely pleased with the Platinum Collection. If you decide to buy it for your own collection, you will not be disappointed. Rest in peace, Gary moore. Thanks for all the songs!

Though I had no memory of Mr. Moore, He was on a Fender Guitar 50th anniversary special and smoked every other player. I was so impressed that I purchased this album (3 CD'S). Buy this if you want to rock. I like to drive down the road and blast this to turn heads. This album works well with headphones also. I now know who Mr. Moore is.
