I am very happy with this CD. The songs are beautifully remastered. I had my eye on this CD for awhile, but since noone had reviewed it and having bought some BMG releases and finding the sound quality spotty I chose to wait for it to show at the local pawn shop used. I have several Platinum & Gold BMG collections of other artists and on about 1/3 of them the sound quality was poor even when they were advertised as remastered. On this album, however the sound is great. The liner notes in this series give the pop rankings and dates of release for the songs. Also some notes on Neil's caeer. These songs are from before I was born, but the first five songs are standout pop-soft rock classics from the era that I was familiar with. In addition The Diary, Let's Go Steady Again, The Dreamer, and Bad Girl, I found to be less familiar , but excellent tracks. I can't say how complete this collection is but I am happy with it. Some folks complain because these mid-priced collections don't utilize the full capacity of the disc and therefor they feel they are being ripped off. I myself am happy to get this many good songs with excellent sound quality, adequate liner notes, and a reasonable price.
