Platinum PT-2B Wall Mounted Tilt Mount – It's All in the Angle

The Platinum PT-2 Wall Mounted Tilt Mount adjustable universal tilt is a slim design with a wide range of motion. It is ideal for entertainment systems whose owners demand on-the-spot control. Its slim design makes it one of the closest to the wall, and the "Touch and Tilt" technology allows for fast installation

and removal not to mention super easy and fast post-installation TV adjustment for just the right angle for your entertainment needs.

Tilt to the Right Degree

The Platinum PT-2 Wall Mounted Tilt Mount adjustable universal tilt mount is designed for large flat panel displays up to 100 lbs. The adjustable "Touch and Tilt" range is a plus/minus 20 degree angle. The self-locking "Touch and Tilt" adjustment allows simple "hands only" movement of the screen, even when in place on the wall. The wall attachment is a wall mount plate that spans two wood studs up to 18-inches on center.

Easy to Use Features

The Platinum PT-2 Wall Mounted Tilt Mount comes fully assembled with the mounting plate. Its slim design is only about 2-inch deep but allows ample room for cabling. It is a universal design which means no screen adapters are necessary. It comes with a one piece mounting plate with large openings for cable access and J boxes. It is VESA compliant up to 400 x 300. All of the screen and wall mounting hardware is included. To protect your investment, the Platinum PT-2 Wall Mounted Tilt Mount includes security hardware and accepts padlocks as well as a Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This is a really nice mount. It's really solid on the wall and there are plenty of parts. The only two problems are:
1. The instructions aren't completely clear on how the spacers work
2. With only one spacer, the display is too close to the wall for an HDMI cable to connect to the display

It's a very thin mount, so the display (in my case KDL-52XBR9) looks great against the wall. Advice - connect the cables before attaching to the wall.
