Unfortunately this product has 'not' worked for me and actually caused an increase in pain! Had high hopes, did not work for a muscle knot... Was hoping for help and went for the high end, expensive, item. Mistake!

I've owned this belt for many months now. It was expensive but worth it. I've had two back surgeries and still in constant pain. This belt knocks the pain in half! Highly recommend this if that is your need.
