I bought this cd for my husband, who loves Marlene Dietrich. I am a little perplexed by the man's adoration for her singing, but, hey, opposites attract, right? LOL. Anyway, he loves the cd, so I am very happy, too.

This is a fairly new recording at her later time. It seems a recording from a small concert in USA. I bought her CD for the historical song of "Lili Marlene", which was the favorite among German soldiers during WWII. This CD is more of club version. The world was so clear, you can learn German from it.

I will have to try another one.
