5.0 out of 5 stars Very practical
Great for applying Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Acid. Easily cleaned. Very easy control for small areas such as around the eyes and mouth.

1.0 out of 5 stars save your money
I was expecting a soft brush that would allow me to apply the product more evenly. Instead I paid too much money for a brush that I thought was too stiff and agitating to my face. I could have paid less money and bought the same type of brush at an art supply store. Save your money and use a cotton swab or pad.

3.0 out of 5 stars What I Expected, August 10, 2009
This review is from: Glycolic Fan Brush (Health and Beauty)
I was looking for a fan brush to apply a glycolic peel. The brush let's me easily apply the product to my face. The downside is the brush is too wide to evenly place the product on my nose and between brows. I've learned to use one end of the brush for smaller places.

The brush is ok the first time its used, but after a couple of uses and washings with soap and water it has become stiff with the bristles separated.

1.0 out of 5 stars Alternative brush application works more effectively, March 1, 2011
This review is from: Glycolic Fan Brush (Health and Beauty)
I found the quality and the dollar value of this item to be inferior. I purchased the peel products and tried to apply with the fan brush - it was ineffective, had problems with dripping and controlling coverage for an even application to my face. I ended up using a good - not expensive - eye shadow brush and found the application to be even and more effective. Suggestion, when applying peels, I apply vaseline/lanolin, etc., to my lips and right under my eyes where your skin is extremely sensitive - this helps avoids irritation.

Brush was very stiff and scratchy on my skin. Didn't apply the peel very evenly with the use of the brush. Also was hard getting the peel onto the brush because the opening of my peel solution is rather small, so you generally have to pour it out. I feel like using this brush wastes some of the solution as it was hard to get the solution on the brush and that it was stiff and hard to apply. You are better off going to a local dollar store and getting some brushes if you are interested in applying your peel with the use of a brush! I purchased a roll of gauze and cut it into 3 inch pieces and fold it in half to apply my peels. Works great and is super cheap!

3.0 out of 5 stars The Brush, October 27, 2009

I like the brush ok. The only thing is that I had problems getting inbetween my eyebrows and the little area at the top of my nose. I accidently got peel in my eyes. I learned I wont try that area again with the brush.

2.0 out of 5 stars Ridiculous shipping charges!, September 8, 2010

I was still shopping when I received an email saying this had been sent. They were fast to get it out but this business charged me more for the shipping than the fan brush I was buying (over $6-almost double the cost of the brush). That's ridiculous. I won't buy from this seller again.

i had more satisfaction from a paint brush horse hair kit that's worth 20$ that i got 10$ on sale from Micheal's ...this is a piece of crap , a fine paint brush for 2$ at the junk store would be a higher satisfactory

4.0 out of 5 stars Glycolic Acid Review, January 11, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

Everything is fine so far. The glycolic acid has not seemed to be working as said. I will try it for a while longer and then see if it starts to work. If not, i will return it.

Thank you,

Gabrielle Mesnier
