Beautiful earring. Those 100 facets are gorgeous. These are so clear and so sparkling and full of fire. I agree with another reviewer, the photo doesn't do them justice. Yes, they look like a pair of beautiful diamond earrings. They really do. It's a really sharp look, with the little round stones set in the platinum prongs. The earrings are approx 2ct tw. These are basket set and the basket is tailored at the bottom so earrings nestle nicely into the ear. Excellent quality from Amazon.
UPDATE: I've had these earring for well over a year. They still shine like the day I received them. The finish still looks great. These really have that diamond look. People think I won the lottery. One another note, I purchased a few pairs of CZ earrings from Amazon's Platinum Overlay Collection; gave a pair to my son, over a year ago. He wears them every single day. The only cleaning they get is when he takes a shower....they still sparkle like crazy and the finish has held....no tarnish.

Sometimes you'll find that the online photos of diamond or zirconia jewelry are misleading. In this case, the pictures don't do the earrings justice. The earrings are a very nice size and have terrific sparkle. I have searched far and wide for platinum coated earrings, due to sensitive ears. I am thrilled with these earrings!
Whether or not you have sensitive ears, these earrings are worth every penny and more. These would also make a great gift. They come with a very pretty blue velvet bag and a nice box. Thanks Amazon!
