My wife loves jewelry. She is not the flashy type or one to fuss over the price of jewelry. If it looks nice, then that is all that should matter. If you or your loved one fit any of the above description, then these earrings are perfect.

PROS:
1. They look better than diamonds. Diamonds have flaws, these rocks are flawless and shine like you would not believe.
2. They are NOT huge; measure out 5millimeters and you will see. This was an interesting observation: when my wife opened the box she shuttered to think how much I spent on purchasing her a set of real diamond earrings; and then delighted at what a great deal they were and how beautiful they looked. In other words these earrings are of the size where they could easily be considered diamonds.
3. Platinum overlayed. Typically Cubic Zirconia is set in sterling silver. I think this is partly because if they were set in platinum and gold we would stop purchasing diamonds and buy Cubic Zirconia instead. These earrings are overlayed with platinum so they look great (and also do not have the weight of platinum).

Buy them for your wife or loved one. You will not be disappointed. This item was in my Amazon Gold Box for $9.99; I still think at $19.99 they are a steal.

I bought these for myself and absolutely love them! They are good quality and very shiny and pretty. They are a little bigger than I though they would be, but are the same size as most CZ earrings I see in stores at the mall. I've asked my friends if they look too big or gaudy and they've all said no. So I'm keeping them!

One of the earrings I received had a loose stone from the beginning. Not so bad that it would fall out, but annoying because whenever I would put it on, take it off, or accidentally touch it putting my hair behind my ear, I could hear the stone moving around a bit. I requested an exchange and received an email almost immediately with detailed information. I received my replacement pair in less than a week! The second pair is just fine and I am very pleased with the ease and speed with which my exchange was handled.

I bought these once and lost one, then had to wait several months for Amazon to start carrying them again. To me, they are the perfect size for a woman, without looking gaudy. Very nice sparkle. Great price!

These earrings are not tiny. I am a little perplexed by other reviews, some stating they are good for second piercings--these are kinda large in my opinion. I am a small woman, so they look fairly big on my little ears when I put them on. I think I would have been happier with the 4 mm size, but maybe these will grow on me :) To those who have owned real diamond earrings in the past, it is clear by the setting that these are CZ. Not that they are not pretty, they do sparkle! They just are not THAT convincing.

These are top AAAAA grade CZs. CZ has a grading system, just as diamond has theirs. Most CZ jewelry is set with AAA or lesser. These are top line. In appearance, they rival beautiful quality diamonds. Only you will know they aren't diamond. The cut on these stones is ideal. Just beautiful. These earrings have it all; brilliance, fire, sparkle, shine, clear, clean in clarity, and an awesome cut.

The setting is solid. Set just like diamond...solid with great looking prongs tips holding the stones in place. The prongs give a slightly squared off look to the "diamond". The basket is not bulky. The platinum overly is very well done, most likely won't cause any allergic reactions. The metal is not the light silvery color photographed. These are better than any department store CZ studs set in 14k that I've seen. Overwhelmingly, those have lesser stone quality and flimsy settings. This is solid.

"The Platinum Overlay Collection" by Amazon has beautiful, excellent quality, jewelry. While I recently purchased these, I bought a few pieces from their collection a couple of years ago. All of my pieces still look just as beautiful as when I received them. Even with constant wearing, the platinum has never faded. Stones are still beauties.(I don't shower or wash my hair with earrings on). The collection is dwindling. Not many pieces are still available. You may want to pick these up. You don't often see CZ this gorgeous. Your, predisposed to jealousy, co-workers will be so envious...get ready for the "evil eye".

5mm is about 3/4ct in each ear. I love this size...not too big and not too small. Just perfect, thanks Amazon.

UPDATE: I just ordered a pair for my fav cousin. She's a bit of a diamond snob. Amazon shipped directly to her(I'm excited..couldn't wait for her to get them), but I should've put them in a fancy box, and wrapped up for Christmas. I could have heard her, "Oh Trinny, you shouldn't have". I'd had to tell her, "Oh Pat, but I didn't". Seriously, these earrings have eliminated my desire for beautiful natural diamonds of this carat weight. I'd have needed to save to purchase them, and still would have had a hard time justifying spending several thousand for a pair of earrings. My money is more wisely saved for more important purchases. I love these earrings! I hope you do, too. 5+++ stars.

I love these earrings! I think these CZs will fool anyone! My husband always comments about the sparkle and that is exactly what I wanted. The platinum plating prevents the silver from tarnishing. They really look great!

I lose earrings due to my long hair, so I like to buy pieces that look authentic. These earrings are perfect! Big enough to be noticeable and shiny but not too big that they look gaudy, cheap or fake.

My ears have become extremely sensitive of late (I've always had a nickel allergy, but could usually get away with gold). The platinum plating on these earrings ensures that they don't irritate my ears.

I bought these two weeks ago and have worn them almost everyday since they arrived. They are large enough to really show up, but still small enough to look like they could be real. I think every woman needs a pair of pearl studs and a pair of "diamond" studs, they are so versatile and always stylish.
