4.0 out of 5 stars Little good book, May 18, 1999

If you are new to 'Self-Hypnosis' this book will convince you that it really works. The explanation about the subconcious mind is the best part of this book. It also contains a basic procedure of 'Self-Hypnosis'--script for relaxation.

There are a lot of good phrases in this book. One of my favorites is: "One bad shot followed by another makes a duffer."

Did you notice? The price is very cheap. It's a good deal.

Just buy it! I bought this book as a joke, I read it and the next day I shot the best round of my year. It works. 5 Stars for the best value out there. ... so throw it in your cart . If you play for money with your buds it may be the best investment value for your game since that $500 driver thats in your cellar.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I am new to golf although advanced in years. I should be wise by now but the challenges on the golf course are worse than some of the things I faced in my career as an engineer. It is so easy to psych yourself out in this game and blow an already high score. Since I am new to golf this book sets me on the right course for understanding the mental side of the game as being as important as a good swing, the short game and putting. It is unclear to me how a person who has played golf for many years would receice this book. They must already know the secret to this success. However, upon observation I would say, maybe not! Easy read and a good bargain. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to understand why getting upset on the course is just throwing away your score.
