I read the reviews and after checking the prices bought it from best buy for 299 with 2 glasses and 2 games (1 extra glass and MLB 12 game).
This is a star performer. Great picture & sound. I like the clarity and contrast on the picture. Oh yes, 3D is great.
The problems that I have seen are: too much reflection, no remote, turns off too quickly when there is no signal. If you turn ON the display before you turn ON your input device, it will turn off before you could turn ON say your DVD player.
For the remote, I was able to use my PS3 BD remote easily. It's actually easier to use the same remote for both PS3 and display. If you were to get the PS3 remote, make sure you get the newer one which has TV controls (easily recognized by volume and channel buttons on the bottom of the remote). For turning off, I have now got into the habit of starting the input first. Reflection doesn't hurt me as I have pretty much most of my lighting subdued and its behind the display.
If you were to buy it, please be careful of extreme reflection in the display. I tried to keep it close to my window and I can't see anything at all.

As other's have noted, BestBuy is selling this display for $299 right now which is a phenominal deal for what your getting. I was concerned about the size when I first saw it at BestBuy, but once you get it in your room it looks significantly larger.
As for the picture quality, I have a 46' Sharp Aquos as my main television and this easily outclasses it with deeper blacks, brighter whites, and colors just seem to pop more. The built in speakers are not the loudest out there, but they have suprisingly good clarity. I initially bought this monitor for the 3d but to be honest I find myself watching movies and playing games in 2d much more often. The 3d is incredible when implemented correctly (uncharted 3, killzone 3), but unfortunately the 3d movie and game selection is still very limited. Also, many of the 3d ps3 titles that i've tried have a lot of cross-talk and are better played in 2d unless you want a headache.

This display is so much fun. I held out on getting a 3d display for lack of content, and a miserable economy. I didn't even own a game system. I got this home and im addicted. These games in 3d are immersive. Sony took design lessons from apple on this one and at a $399 price point skipped the pricing seminar. They really got me hooked with this. I thought they would release a 32 inch 3d at $799 which wouldn't have been in my ballpark. I've now spent over 1000 dollars on Sony kit; smart play PlayStation. As Chris Rock says "the money is in the comeback!".
