If you've got more than one friend that would like to play games with you--and if you have the right games--then this is a tremendous accessory.

Here's a short list of games that support the multitap to get you started:
NBA Live (any year)
most any soccer game (like the FIFA series)
Poy Poy (4 players hitting each other with rocks and trees!)
Bomberman World
Need For Speed 5
Circuit Breakers
Hot Shots Golf 2 & 3
Gauntlet: Dark Legacy
Running Wild

With two multitaps plus NBA Live and 8 controllers you can have 8 people playing basketball together!! That can be very fun with the right people. You can build dream teams with everyone playing as their favorite player for a pretty fun battle.

Note: You use this for PlayStation/PSOne games whether playing them on the PlayStation/PSOne or PlayStation 2. I'm told it doesn't, however, work with PlayStation 2 games.

Multitap lets you play with up to 3 people other than yourself. There is only two problems. 1. It does not include any controllers. 2. There are not many games that let you play with more than 2 people. ( The only games I know is Frogger, and Crash Team Racing.) I think you should buy this after you have gotten at least 4 games that let you use Multitap.

I think this is a great addition to any Playstation. It is fun, but you do need certain controllers to use. I still can't figure out how to use the 4 extra memory card slots but overall, I'd give it 4 stars.

You need multi-player games...yes you do. Basically this means, it will be mostly played with sports games. If you don't have sports games, then you won't find much use for the multi-tap since most of the other games are 1-2 players, or their 2+ player mode is more limited.

This is great. We have 6 children; 5 of which are old enough to play video games. They would always fight before about who's turn it was to play. Now they're all able to play, and it makes playing games more fun for them.

i bought this game, but it turns out that most of the games that use it are made by sony, and the 3rd parties just skip the use. not worth it at all, it's not worth ...

i purchased one of these items and it rarely worked. even when it did, 4 players or more was not possible

For Christmas i got a PS one and i wanted to get a multitap for it so 3 other guys could play. When i bought the white PS one multitap for the first time the whole thing didnt work. none of the controllers or memory cards worked. So i had to return it and get another one. This time all of the controllers worked but only one of the memory card slots worked. only the port A memory card worked. either i am really lucky and always get the bad one or SONY makes a lot of defective products. the same thing also happend to my PS2 multitap the first time but the second PS2 multitap i bought worked fine. Finnaly the third PS one multitap that I bought worked fine. GOD DO I HAVE SOME BAD LUCK!

what a cool item ! if have recently bought a ps one and you don't have this , you are missing the party , cause you can take wherever you want it plus , sooner there will be an also portable lcd screen , with this 3 items you could play with a bunch of friends virtually anywhere and everything with that cool white look there's a lot of great party games like crash bash , you don't know jack , bomberman and others this one is better than the interact's (cause is too bulky) so , what are you waiting for ?

Can you use this product for Playstation 3? If not, where can I find the 4 player adapter for playstation 3? thanks!
