Playboy make the most confusing softcore DVD releases on the market. There editing is inconsistent, often MTV-like in it's presentation. Quick cutting that detracts from what the viewer clearly paid to see:naked babes.

Secondly, these calenders never reflect the ACTUAL lineup from the year the DVDs promote. Case in point: Jayde Nicole is on this DVD for 2007. She will be the following year's Playmate of the Year.

Third is the odd mixture of genuine natural beauties and typical American plastic blondes. In Sara Jean Underwood's defense, even if I do not care for blondes, at least she is a NATURAL woman and somewhat likeable. Most of the blonde choices of the last ten years have been forgettable and lame. Than again most of the chicks on this DVD are lame. It's a shame that many of the segments, while somewhat artistically presented, often times fail to invit any eroticism whatsoever.

Only a few of the playmates are real standouts and they include the previously mentioned, Jayde Nicole. She is an exotic Canadian(!) with a goofy, chipmunk like smile and laugh and a very nice curvy figure. She look somewhat enhanced, but is pretty cute. She has a rather unfortunate tattoo above her pubic region that reads "Respect" and you can create you own joke for that one.

Guiliana Marinno is a hot Italian number who does a dance ina ring and strips off her clothes. She's a natural reddish brunette and is fairly sultry enough. Have no clue why she does not have more popularity.

Janine Habeck is the one girl here who really seems the most aware of her sexuality and how to use it. Already Playboy's German Playmate of the Year in 2006, this all natural German brunette features an all natural Hourglass figure and her Cabaret number is the highlight of the DVD. Absolutely gorgeous, should have been the PMOY.

Sara Jean Underwood certainly fits the bill as the "Girl next door" with her waifish charm and blonde look, she was an easy sell. She's certainly cute, not my type, but welcome relief from the rest of the mainly plastic blondes that dominate Playboy. She sort of resembles a PRETTY Paris Hilton, but god help the fiend who found that a reason to vote her Playmate of the Year!

This DVD is fairly mediocre with pretty good looking girls and if your a fan of any of the babes on the DVD you may fancy on buying this. Otherwise just skip this and buy another Softcore DVD from a company that may deliver the goods somewhat better.

I was most looking forward to Sara Jean Underwood, Brittany Binger, & Janine Habeck & they didn't dissappoint. Janine had to be a strong PMOY candidate. Nice to know she was PMOY in, I think she said, Germany.

I felt Nicole Voss & Gilliana Marino were also unexpected treasures. Jayde Nicloe also helps the 1st 1/2 seem exceptionally strong for me.

Most years have a couple girls I go right to & put it back on the shelf after watching them but I feel this year is worth watching all the way thru multiple times as all the girls are pretty good in addition to the absolute stand outs.

Def. one of the best in the series.

This is anything but an actual review, i'm afraid; so if that's what you're out for, and the 7 previous critiques of this DVD presentation haven't helped you make your decision; if, somehow, you're STILL on the fence about purchasing this item.....you clearly have a psychological imbalance that expresses itself by interfering with the simple opting process. Please, seek help.

I have NOT seen this DVD; and because i'm hopelessly behind the times as far as recent playboy Bunnies go, it was only a matter of weeks ago that i accidentally stumbled upon one PMOY 2007-Sara Jean Underwood. Fortunately the pics i first saw were posed shots of the NON-airbrushed variety, or else i might not have continued seeking Sara Jean pictures...and THAT would have been a tragedy. For me.

As much as I, like every other red-blooded hetero man, worship and appreciate what Mr Hugh Hefner attempted to do for our society (Indeed, he, among others, appeared to have succeeded back in the 1970's; instead of maintaining our normally frigid, frightened approach to healthy sexual activity, people were beginning to arise from their organized religion-and politically-created shells. Then came the 80's, the "Moral" Majority, and Reagan; and there went enlightenment, tolerance, and education on the subject. This remains unchanged today.), I am forced to oppose 'The Hef' when it comes to a very important part of doing what his magazine does, supposedly: celebrate the potentially otherworldly possibilities of the female form, in all of its' majestic glory.

Hef can certainly be excused for abandoning the principle basically stating, "Because we deplore sexual intolerance, our country's petrified refusal to educate our youth when it counts, and especially the upper 5% of our population in terms of wealth determining what's good and bad for you and I, we shall continue to make our courageous stand! Now, more hot naked chicks!". Everybody knows the act of, thinking about, or even small potential of oneself engaging in sexual behavior tends to make all other chores and/or purposes unrelated isignificant; and with the Warmongering, tyrannical right wing on constant vigil for things that are none of their business, perhaps we should trust our constitutional opposition of sexual censorship to someone more apt to take a stand, and fight for these beliefs. I.E., someone, anyone, who at least on special occasions dresses himself in something other than bathrobes would be a fine place to start the search for leadership.

All that, just to get to this: Ain't never been a hotter chick than Sara Jean, brothers. Obviously the folks in charge of Playboy magazine agree. Except for a motley few, any man who sees Miss Underwood realizes that she's SO HOT, half of her face could be covered with the sad results of leprosy, and that would prove to be so minor, not 1 man in over 3 million personally, mentally polled would even bag her face to do the deed-a typical reason: "Then i couldn't see the half of her face that's more smokin' than a Woodstock reunion. Forget it! If i get the courage, i'll ask her if she could just put the leprosy side of her face into the pillow, making it somewhat less visible. If she balks, i'll apologize and continue on."

Yet, despite this, er, heroic viewpoint shared by the REAL moral majority of this country, the ACTUAL mathematical majority, Mr Hefner still insists on the barbaric act of airbrushing throughout his once-faultless creation, Playboy magazine.

Maybe some of this ridiculous practice is due to Hef's own sexual preferences, which can't and won't be argued. Possibly, he read too many Cosmo covers when in the grocery store line (in his bathrobe, natch), adorned with cover blurbs like, "How to get a man: remove any and all skin blemishes by purchasing a washed-up 70's sitcom star's line of insanely priced makeup!". This, this..."censorship of skin" has long been all real men's white whale, so to speak-it must be eliminated, but how can this be done in an ocean so vast? So, like baby seal-clubbing, the offense continues unabated, but not without almost irreperable damage done to the magazine's own image, and sales. Since we couldn't find the whale, we just stopped buying things that reminded us of its existence. But with the atrocities committed upon one Sara Jean Underwood, a vocal stand MUST BE TAKEN!

The first photos of Sara i saw were in the 'images of' section on the WWW. Adorned only with an open man's white shirt, and freed from airbrushers' tools of torture, it took less than a second's time to realize i'd finally encountered phyical perfection now, after 43 years of "living". Only now can i take the quotation marks away from 'living' or 'life', having gazed upon the face that surely have launched thousands, millions of crusades, the kind of which involve privacy and possibly, KY.

Would i prefer looking at the natural pictures of Sara, with her amazing array of facial freckles, or at Hefner's 'censored' variety, which take her most incredible, desirable feature(s) and erase them from the worlds' view? Would I prefer air, or suffocation? It's as black and white as that, Mr. Hefner!

I OWN SEVERAL OF THE PLAYBOY CALENDAR DVD'S AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST, THE GIRLS ARE INCREDIBLY SEXY AND THE PICTURE QUALITY IS GREAT

Like any other Playboy calendar, this was a fine effort of photographing the world's finer women. Due to PC, the women are no longer extreme or even large "on top", with 1 or 2 exceptions. That is OK, as the beauty of other elements, augmented by the fine presentation, compensates for this.

How can I review an item that i was supposed to receive more than a month ago. I ordered 6 items and i got 4/6 of them. Amazon sucks balls.

Alright, just one simple detail Playboy overlooked, where's Jordan Munroe?
She is the most gorgeous playmate (heather rene smith is a close second), now this is observing the list before actually purchasing the item so there still might be hope, like a hidden track, but why make it a surprise? Anyway last year was a good year so its def still worth a buy on amazon!
