This video features the fleeting glimpses of beautiful women's naked bodies and long, lingering closeups of the elaborate set decorations that are a mainstay of Playboy's videos. But this video is especially worthless. Cyber Club members may be aware of certain videos and pictorials (e.g. Stephenie Flickinger and Christi Nicole Taylor) that are far more explicit than the usual fare. If you buy this video hoping for DVD-quality versions of these videos, you will be, for the most part, disappointed. Christi Taylor's week 1 video is here, uncut, and it's good. Stephenie Flickinger, probably the most beautiful of all 12 of the girls, is only onscreen for about 2 or 3 minutes, and it's all pointless. The other girls are not even worth mentioning. Cyber Club members also need to be aware of Playboy CENSORING itself after the fact! There are at least two separate instances of the best (read: most explicit) pictures in a pictorial being removed later. (CGOW Anthea Szabo and playmate Teri Harrison's preview pictorial.)(...)

This is a collection of out-takes from a collection of out-takes from photo shoots of some good and not so good Playboy models. Two of the models, Stephenie Flickinger and Susan Weiss, are terrific. The rest, so so. It would be a better expenditure of your funds and join the Playboy Cyber Club for a month and see and download the better photos and videos located there.

This video could have been one of the best. Indeed, the premise is quite plausible-having the first year's batch of Cyber Girls of the Month making the leap from computer to celluloid. Having said that, this reviewer can not help but be disappointed. Specifically, only four of the twelve CGOMs are given the full feature treatment - photo shoot, face-to-face self-introduction, then video showcase. It is not clear why the Other Eight [one of whom happens to be the Cyber Girl of the Year] are given the "short shrift" for lack of a better term. Most likely, the producer[s] did not wish to make a 75-85 minute presentation. Also, maybe the mediocre calibre of this first outing helps explain why there are no CGOM compilations for the following years [this title only covers January-December 2001].

"Cyber Girls" has received a number of derogatory reviews--mainly from closet Puritans who probably feel guilty about watching this DVD in the first place. If, however, you are blessed with an eye for beauty, simply ignore the sullen twerps. On the cover of "Cyber Girls" there is a lovely shot of Stephanie Heinrich, highly esteemed among Cognoscenti as a paragon of feminine beauty; and that cover photo is a kind of index to the entire disk, wherein the stunning Mistress Heinrich figures prominently. What more could a lover of erotic gorgeousness ask?
