Carmella was a good choice this time...natural, brunette (which is key 2001 and 2002 were blondes) and the DVD is full of new sequences unlike 2003's DVD which featured a hash of recycled material.

PROS: Carmella is natural, and frankly she's hot, and along with the main sequences the DVD includes her original Profile, as well as some trailers and other miscellaneous material

CONS: some of the main sequences are a bit...odd to say the least...as with usual Playboy fare, the shots are always too quick, and there's not alot of time devoted to giving every inch of Carmella the respect that she is entitled to...the music is also a put down...with some obvious knockoffs of mainstream music...you'll know it when you hear it, and some of the VHS to DVD transfer video was not that clean...as some of the sequences were on the grainy side

overall i'd give it 3.5 stars...Carmella is hot, but i like her original Playmate profile much better...some of the newer PMOY sequences the makeup artists slabbed too much on her face and it degraded her natural beauty...if you check out the original Profile you'll see what i mean...her natural beauty really shows there rather than in the PMOY video...

it's a tossup between rent or buy...so if you think she's hot don't hesitate to add this to your collection, otherwise save it for rental

I held off getting this because I have the entire Video Calendar series & felt it would be a lot of repeat content. When I saw it for $1.95 brand new, I decided to give it a try. 2/6 of the main (video) clips are from the 2005 video playmate calendar. Her original profile is also on the DVD. 2 of those clips are on the 2004 video playmate calendar. 1 is a repeat or the main feature with different music & commentary. Not only were the 4 new clips of her very nice for the price but it's nice to be able to slip in a single DVD to have more than 10 minutes worth of footage of this awesome physical specimen. I really enjoyed her section of the DVD & give her section 5 stars.

Divini Rae is also featured. She doesn't do anything for me so I'll deduct 1 star for bad use of the 2ndary feature. Tailor James, Marketa Janska, or Penelope Jimenez are all 2003 playmates I would've rather seen get this spot judging by the video calendars they're on. Divini seems like a nice young lady. I just don't find her all that attractive.

My two favorite playmates are Carmella Decesare and Sarah Jean Underwood. So naturally I ordered this one. This DVD definitly fits all of the other Playboy type of videos. Very softcore, very sexy, with artistic cuts or camera pans to the furniture, or flowers or whatever they have on the stage for that scene. Every single shot is a moving shot, that typically pans from her top to bottom, or side to side with a few close ups, or zoom ins. In between every nude scene she answers some questions from an interview for a minute or so. All of the different nude scenes are about 10-15 minutes long, and definitly captivate all of what I love about her. Definitly a must have if you are a Carmella fan.

The 9 different scenes include:

The opening scene is set in a purple bedroom, where she lays on the bed most of the time. Scene two called "Italian Personality" is set outside a home with Italian foods and whatnot. Scene three, "Fellini Dream" with a dream she has about being in an old Italian film, where she walks around an old strip joint then fanticizes about doing that herself. Scene four includes her dressed in plaid next to an older car. Scene five shows an older clip of when she was first becoming a playmate on the show, "Who wants to be a Playboy Centerfold." Scene six shows a slideshow type pictorial of alot of her other photo shoots. Scene seven called, "Tuscan Sky" shows her bathing in her backyard while two men believe they are getting a free show. Scene eight, "Aqua Gaze", you guessed it, her being naked next to some water. Still very sexy. Scene nine is called "Object of Desire," about a guy who meets her in a taxi and fanticizes about in her naked in bed as well as her fantacizing about him kissing and groping her naked.

Like I mentioned earlier, this is a typical Playboy DVD, and probably just a regular softcore porn to those not a fan of Carmella Decesare. Just about every scene has some pretty cheesy music or some cheesy piano. But if your a fan, you don't order this for the music... 5 stars for Carmella at one of her hottest moments, but -1 for cheesy music and a very small amount of it seems slightly grainy.

Carmella's been one of my favorites for years, so it comes as no surprise that I decided to purchase her playmate DVD. As surprising as it is, the whole thing is quite boring and cheesy... despite her being NAKED! The Playboy home videos from the early 90's are even considerably better than this. Save your money. Everyone should expect more from Playboy.

First off Carmella is very attractive and natural unlike the hordes of silconed blondes that flood playboy. However I'm really disappointed in this cheap feature. The scenes are short and tame like all playboy products and would only satisfy a high school kid,if that. There is one instance where Carmella is in a black and white old film and just is way to artsy fartsy. Furthermore playboy could lose the guys,there is more focus on a peeping tom in one scene then Carmella. In another scene the camera gets most of the attention while Carmella is in the background by a pool. Carmella is a hot italian women that I wish was a Penthouse Pet so that she would have got the attention she deserved. +1 Star for Carmella and -4 for bland DVD

Carmella Decesare is the most beautiful woman to have ever lived! Simple as that.
Heck, i voted for her multiple times :)
This DVD is wonderful and fully recommend to any fan of hers...if you never heard of her....start watching NOW!

I have appreciated this DVD for his scenes simple and without frills in accordance with the simple and genuine beauty of Carmella.

If you're a fan of Carmella DeCesare then this DVD is a must. It has new footage and also includes the original Playmate Profile. I thought the songs went very well with the footage and scenes. One thing is bothering me tho is that there is a song I really like and can't find the name of the song or artist so if anybody can you please let me. I'm talking about the last song in Carmella's original playmate profile that came out in 2003.
