I held off on buying this one for nearly a year. Now I wish that I had bought it sooner, MUCH MUCH SOONER!

While Kozar was not my choice for PMOY, (Lisa Dergen, who appears at the end, was)this video is excellent and full of nothing but class, stimulation, and excitement. I still can't get the images of Kozar's washing her car and strolling down the street in the buff out of my mind, nor do I wish to. Heather's love scene with the gentleman whom she meets at a dance hall is extremely sexy, yet classy at the same time.

Aside from a short, but pointless chapter involving her and her sister talking (don't get too excited guys-they are both fully clothed),none of the other chapters are disappointing at all, and that's unusual as even the best "Playboy" videos are prone to have at least 2 or 3 chapters which are let-downs.

No complaints with Lisa Dergan's chapters either. In fact, given her golfing attire in this video, I may ask her to give me some golfing lessons.

This film is outstanding. Heather Kozar is the perfect choice for PMOY and has no problem showcasing her assets. The photography is well done and the scenes don't move too fast. In fact, there seemed to be more footage than most PB videos, and the playmate profile of Lisa Dergan is just the icing on the cake.

Like a previous reviewer said, the scenes in which Kozar strips off her daisy dukes while washing a car and parades around the street in the complete buff are real turn-ons, while none of the other chapters are disappointing at all, and that's unusual as even the best "Playboy" videos are prone to have at least 2 or 3 chapters which are let-downs.

I also really enjoyed the scene in the dance hall, where she is all dressed up (and then not dressed up), with all of the classy music in the background. The way in which she conducts herself with, and seduces her gentleman is just very ladylike and feminine. Very classy!

Again, Lisa Dergan was my choice for PMOY, but fortunately enough, she does appear for 15 minutes at the end. No disappointments with her either. In fact, given her golfing attire in this video, I may ask her to give me some golfing lessons.

Another plus: the film doesn't go into the irritatingly non-sequential order in this video as it does in others, like in Karen McDougal's PMOY video for instance.

This has become my favorite Playboy Playmate of the Year DVD, where we get to see 40 minutes of footage on the lovely Heather Kozar, and then the last 17 minutes on the equally hot Lisa Dergan.

This is a slightly strange Playboy DVD, as it had some of the best quality I've seen in a Image release of a Playboy DVD, but it had a different looking menu system, with animated chapter stops, but no trailers or slide show or bonus features that appear in the majority of the Image or Universal releases.

As for content, POY Heather Kozar appears in 8 video segments here, ranging from 4 to 8 minutes each, along with various interview snippets inbetween each video segment, and a stillframe pictorial in the middle of her videos.

As mentioned by a previous reviewer, there are different themes in each segment. The best one was the car wash sequence where a barber is giving a bad haircut to a male patron as both are distracted by Heather's striptease. There is also a sequence where she dresses as Little Red Riding Hood and flees from the big bad wolf. Another favorite one of mine was a hot weather sequence where she strips down and then has to cool herself off with lots of water.

Two of the 8 segments are identical to the ones that appear in the 2000 Video Calendar.

Playmate Lisa Dergan appears in 4 video segments in the last 17 minutes of the DVD, and I think she is the hotter of the two lovely ladies. Two of her 4 video segments also appear on the 2000 Video Calendar. Her first sequence has her hitting golf balls in a golf outfit, which was very nice. Another segment had her in a shower scene. The best segment, which was unfortunately the shortest one at 2 minutes, had her leaning up against a refrigerator trying to cool down in the hot weather.

This is one of my favorite Playmate of the Year DVDs because of its better-than-average video quality for a Playboy DVD by Image, and the two lovely ladies who are equally beautiful.

A worthy Playboy video that makes the most of its opportunity to show Heather at her finest. Each video segment is long enough to develop its particular theme (e.g., Heather nude in public in a small town, nude Little Red Riding Hood Heather, nude society Heather bedding her dream lover, etc.) without becoming tedious. Heather's heavenly beauty is almost too intense, so its great that there are intermittent scenes of the "real" Heather just talking about Playboy. These one minute interviews humanize her, rather than leaving her a silent screen goddess. If you're not too sure of what Heather looks like, there is a resemblance to Marilyn Monroe, but I only say that to give you some general idea of Heather. If I had not seen this video I would have thought that Heather was just another beautiful, buxom blonde but the combination of the fantasy scenes with the everyday girl make this a video keeper.

I love Heather! Why? She is charming classy blonde, with a beautiful face, great figure, and a stupendous pair... I love to view over and over again. And you get to see them quite a bit on this fantastic video. An early scene has her completely naked on the streets of this small town, waving to a truck going by, riding on a fire truck, riding in a convertible with fully clothed guys. I truly adore it when Playboy has women outdoors nude with non-nude people, just strolling down the street.

Lots of other great nude scenes too. A fun Little Red Riding Hood sequence, a really good one to show off her tremendous assets. Another is a music video style montage, a tribute to Marilyn Monroe, simply fantastics. When she poses nude near the director's chair or that old-fashioned camera, ah! Heather is a true babe and a classy lady, this video is a must-buy for all Playboy fans.

Playboy obviously put more time into this video than many of the others it has put out recently. Ms. Kozar is an extremely beautiful woman, and she appears to be 100% comfortable nude. But what's really different here is the video's pacing: it doesn't move in a choppy MTV video format.

You won't miss seeing Kozar's assets if you blink, and that is a refreshing change of pace for Playboy videos. Also, we get to see the lovely Ms. Kozar in outdoor situations nude and in front of ordinary people.

For example, in the beginning we see our PMOY riding naked on a fire truck while an elderly couple stares in amazement, then later riding in a convertable nude with three guys who are fully dressed. It just doesn't get any better than this! This type of scenario is the very thing that I always hope to see in a playmate video and never do.

Playboy should look to this one as an exemplary video, a kind of framework for things to come in the future.

A definite A+++ performance of Heather Kozar, PMOY for this year. You definitely will not be disappointed! A combination between Drew Barrymore and Marilyn Monroe, she will make your bed sizzle with passion!

This is such a wonderful video! This is one of my favorite vidoes!! I don't know what I would do with out it! Heather Kozar is one of the most beautiful women that I've ever seen in my whole entire life!!! When they picked her to be 1999 Playmate of the year,they sure picked the right Playmate! She has a great figure ...

This was one of the most enjoyable Playboy videos I've every seen, and I haven't missed many! Heather is just the ideal, all around, best looking girl you could find. Her figure is great, and her breasts are particularly nice! I liked the car wash scene the best, with the view enjoyed by the barbershop customer. I could just imagine myself in his chair! Heather is just really, really nice, the kind of girlfriend to "wow" one's friends with. And no doubt a roll in the hay with her would be something to remember! In fact, she reminds me of one particular young lady I had such an experience with! They should make more videos like this one with Heather. It's super. And I like scenes of nude gals on public streets. How about some more, shopping in a grocery store, strolling down the streets with friendly glances by the passers-by, etc. That would be a great turn-on!
