This was a birthday gift for my youngest son. We were frankly a little reluctant because of the other review but we had previously purchased the Playcraft Sport air hockey and were really happy with it. We decided to give it a try.I have to say that it is really perfect for our needs. It is larger than we thought and plays FAST and FUN. Assembly was simple and took about 15 minutes.We were a bit confused about which way to face the men but we figured it out. It is portable so we do not need to dedicate a permanent space. We bring it out when we want to play and put it away when we are done. Seller was VERY responsive to presale questions and shipping was very fast. All in all this is a great value and our experience has been very posative.

This product did not include the handles for the Foosball table and one of the legs was manufactured backwards and does not fit correctly.

Only after filing a claim with Amazon did the manufacturer respond to my request for the correct parts. However, their response was an offensive email from their customer service claiming they sent me an email inquiry. They did not. At that time, I AGAIN informed them what parts I needed.

They never sent the handles or replacement leg and my grandson has not been able to use this product since opening it on Christmas day.

Once it's together - it's fine. If your not terribly handy with tools or assembling things, expect to get frustrated and spend over an hour putting this thing together.
