I keep these cards in my car so I have them wherever I go. My husband and I do the workout at the playground when we go with our kids. The cards are very user friendly. The kids follow along so it turns out all of us are doing the exercises, having fun, spending time together AND the adults are getting a workout- YAY!. This will absolutely be the next present I give to all of my friends.
