This arrived in a box requiring assembly and when it is assembled, it looks very nice! My Double yellow-head Amazon parrot loves it....and I feel better having her sit on something like this near the window rather than a plastic or metal contraption as it is closer to what she would have in the wild. There is plenty of room to hang on a toy, flap her wings and climb around. This medium sized perch is big enough for a Macaw too but isn't too big for a medium sized parrot either....it might be too big for a little cockatiel's feet. Overall, I absolutely recommend this perch as a place for your parrot to sit and play on while out of their cage. The two food cups are removable and easy to clean, tray below is big enough to catch seeds but not so big it takes up too much room. Easy to move from room to room.
