this was just shipped to me with a sticker saying that the item contains lead paint. You gotta be kidding me. Seriously, do you think that is a good present for a child? I called customer service because amazon is gonna charge me for the return. The woman disconnected the call. Lead Paint? For Real? Come on, Amazon. Merry Christmas.

I did not buy this through Amazon, but I did get it for my 1 and a half year old girl and she was very excited until we set it up and kept falling because it was so flimsy! just by touching a corner, it will collapse! And even though it's not heavy and will not harm the baby, it just doesn't stand up so that she can play in it. Don't buy it!

My four year old daughter got this as one of her christmas presents and this has to be the worse piece of garbage i have ever bought them. It was all busted up in two hours on Christmas morning - it collapsed under normal use. It comes with four rods and it has a spring loaded frame which cannot. After these rods are inserted into their slots - the thing could hardly stand on its own. After my five year old and four year old come in and out of the tent a few times - it could barely stand up - and the rods pierced thru the cheap paper like fabric and the unit could stand on its own no more - DONT BUY THIS OVER PRICED GARBAGE - I really dont know how Disney could allow their name to be used for this garbage - we threw it out with the christmas garbage by the end of the day. For this product i wish there was a way to award lower than one star. Because i live outside the US - I cant return it - i was ripped off by playhut and i will be making sure that no more products from this brand are ever bought.

We JUST got home with our Princess tent that my 5 year old daughter bought with her birthday money. We got it out of the package and it popped right up but both ends collapsed on each other. So I noticed the plastic rods and looked around for a 'pocket' like the directions said to put them in. There are corners but no pockets and the rods are not even long enough to stay put. The also said to put the other rods in the 'pockets' for the roof. Again no pockets and not long enough for the rods to stay in the corners.
How can I resolve this problem? Duct tape the rods?!
[...]. I would NEVER NEVER buy it for over $20! Hopefully with a little duct tape my daughter will be happy and I won't feel like she got ripped off.

I got this for my daughter for christmas. We have the Playhut bus and it has been a huge hit for the last 1.5years, this however is very flimsy, doesn't stay up and barely fits my 2 and 3 year old. when 2 kids are in it, it tips over. I am returning this today, despite the fact my princess wants a castle:)

I bought this "tent" for my 3 year old granddaughter. SHe loves princesses and pink and ballet and playing with little figures and toy animals. IT is VERY easy to set up and allows her a little private area where she can go into hiding with her imagination. I listen to her playing with her dolls and figures and animals while in her "castle" and I am amazed at her creativity in play.

It was ok b/c I got it on sale lol. It is very flimsy and falls just about everytime my daughter gets into it. It is ok and she still likes playing in it. But if I was looking for another one I would not get this one. Its is cute and I am not trying to say its horrible or anything, just not for us. One of the poles that goes into the poket has already come through a seam too.

Daughter has slumbered in this castle and enjoys the occasional play. Really wish that it stored easily. But overall, a great toy for girls who love princess.

We love tents in this home..... BUT this one was a waste of space. had to use a corner to keep the tent standing, even then I had to tell my daughter to be careful not to tip it over. Small, flimsy.... more frustrating then it's worth.

i did not notice the lead paint warning as mentioned,but now i am really sorry i didn't. i bought this for $30 from canadian tire.

When we first opened it,it was a pain to set up but eventually we finally got it. It is also very flimsy.I had gotten this for christmas ( My daughter has just turned 2 that month) and now she is turning 3 this week and the tent did not even last a year because the part where one of the poles are has been ripped very easily and keeps ripping the rest when i try putting the pole back in.Just like many disney princess stuff i have bought, i do not advise getting this one.
