This spring, baseball's National League will include two new teams, the Colorado Rockies and the Florida Marlins. Not surprisingly, massive amounts of money in the form of franchise fees, player salaries, stadium expenses, and broadcasting rights fuel the competition. Of particular interest are the contrasting strategies the two teams adopt in building their organizations.
