Misguided,

This book sounded wonderful, but I was very disappointed by the patronizing manner in which this book was written. The first meditative exercise is for the children to imagine they are in a children's hospital, imagine that they go around to each sick child and heals him/her. I found this morbid and flip. I was astounded. I didn't go into the book much farther than that, to be honest.
