Informative book on Asian REIT industry,

This is a fairly informative book that outlines the history and current conditions of the REIT industry in various Asian markets. The book goes into detail about tax issues, valuation techniques, as well as the wonderfully seamy side of how some REITs are structured. It's something worth reading if you are taking an interest in Asian real estate, though you will definitely have to dig up more information from another source.

Dominic's book is well written, very concise but most of all it is extremely informative. If you want to start investing in REITs then this book has all the information you need to be able to make educated decisions on what are the best REIT options for your money. IF you want to get into Asian REITs, then buy this book!
