This is a great trip back to the 80's. All of Loverboy's 80's and early 90's hits. What a great collection for Loverboy Hits Fans. 5 out of 5 stars for the content put together on 1 CD.

The cover of the disc says it all : Cheesy classic AOR from an era gone bye bye .WARNING !! : Occasionally, lyrics to some of the tunes will make you want to apply more hair gel and tell your woman what to do without considering the consequences (UUGA UUGAA!!) Great memories of refusing to grow up and face the mortgage. For sale : Wedding album with ex wife cut out of it.Will throw in pair of red Rebox tennis shoes from Don Johnson faze.

Excellent CD. Mike Reno's best. Brings back old memories and the times when we would rattle the car windows.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally, a complete hits collection., April 29, 2011

"Queen of the Broken Hearts" has always been left off their compilations. Maybe the band hates the song, I do not know, but I like it and always considered their collections lacking by this omission. Playlist finally gets this right, so I am pressing the "Buy" button right now.

I did not expect anything from their surprisingly excellent "Just Getting Started" release, since that is on a different record label. If anyone stumbles onto this review not having heard that 2007 disc, PLEASE go buy it immediately. Support real music by real bands.

I liked the cover of the CD, which is one of the reasons why I bought it. As for the content, I liked the first 3 songs (Turn Me Loose, Working for the Weekend and The Kid Is Hot Tonight), but I didn't like the rest of the songs that much. Oh well, they can't all be hits. Overall, a very good CD.
