I purchased this Crepe Suzette doll for my 1 1/2 yo and 7 yo daughters. I also purchased Strawberry and Lemon. Neither the shoes, brush or pet fit in the choke tester so I feel comfortable letting my toddler play with them. You may wish to clip off the hat's elastic chin strap for toddlers. This doll is 15", with long, light bright pink hair that is thick and brushable, although it has become dry and frizzy at the ends. Children's hair clips can be used on her. Her eyes are large, purple and gaze towards the heavens, while her mouth is small and bowlike. She is dressed in a well sewn purple and red plaid blouse, beret, and a very short red skirt which, due to its diminutive size, reveals Crepe's painted on white bikini underpants at every move. She also has painted on "socks", but it is really painted feet, like she stood in a bucket of white semi-gloss. This prevents Crepe from lounging about the house in the nude. Crepe's arms move in two directions and her wrists turn, but it is difficult to get her to sit without propping her against something, as her knees don't bend and her legs go quite far apart like Sparkle Farkle. Sitting in a doll's chair would be challanging. My children don't give a hoot about these details, as she's cute, smells good and is lots of fun. The included pet is Eclair the poodle and she is 4" tall. There is no pet dish. Only the Strawberry doll comes with a dish.

Out of all the dolls out there these will always be #1. My girls love Strawberry shortcake and friends. My daughters are 6 and 2 and they both love them!
