PlayMobil Pirate Crew is a Favorite!!
Our son plays with PlayMobil Pirate Crew and the green life boat all the time. He knows which feathers, hats, etc fit on which pirates. There's no end to what his imagination can do with them. He plays with the pirate set on other toys such as boats, buildings, islands, even outside in the dirt. We just wash them up, they are so durable. He received the toy as a gift last...

Playmobile pirate crew
Do not recommend to small children who still put things in their mouth. parts of the priate, skeleton come off, could be a choking hazard.

Playmobil is just WONDERFUL! I have yet to be disappointed by a Playmobil product and this pirate crew is no exception. The detail is amazing. There is a captain (with a cool beard, parrot and hook hand) and 3 crew members. There are plenty of weapons to go around. The treasure includes a statue, gold candle stick, goblets and lots of gold and silver coins - very small and easily lost! Kids love that the treasure chest actually locks! Other accessories include keys, a lantern, a couple of mice and a creepy skeleton. I'm sure there's more that I can't remember right now!
Playmobil is so great because kids love small things and the detail really captures their imaginations. You will find that your kids find all kinds of creative ways to play with this pirate crew -- ours make dives off of the fire place with the entering hooks! My daughter also loves switching around their various hats :) I had to take off one point for "durability" because there are many many very small parts that are easily lost. If you haven't started your playmobil collection this is a great place to start and see if your child likes it. If you already collect playmobil this will be a great addition to your collection!
