I love Playmobil's Egyptian theme. They're not only fun but educational!

I call this set an army builder because it's a set of 3 simple foot soldiers which you can buy multiples of to bulk up your army, or in my case to crew the Egyptian ship. Relatively speaking they're inexpensive and once you've got a few sets of them you can mix and match the accessories to give you different figures. If you're not familiar with Playmobil, they are a German brand of toys known all over the world, famous for their high quality. Everything is well made, thought out and designed. Playmobil is the Mercedes of toy brands, they will literally last forever, well as long as plastic lasts anyway. However, parents should be careful when giving them to young children since there are many small parts, which can not only be swallowed but lost. The great thing about this brand is that there are tons of add ons that go together. You can buy additional sets to complement this one.
