Santa brought this last christmas. My 3 1/2yo daughter enjoys playing with this set. There are many tiny parts-cups, knives, forks, plates, etc... For the past 6 months, though, it has all stayed together. She has slowly played with it more and more-I think this is a great "first" playmobil toy as it has 4 people and lots of different things for them to do-climb a tree, sleep in bunk beds, sleep on pull-out couches, watch tv, eat, bbq...and it is reasonably priced compared to some of the other sets within playmobil. The flowers seem to come off easily-that is the only drawback I have with it.

I bought this vacation home last year for Christmas for one of my children. Our family is a BIG fan of playmobile toys and we found nothing wrong with the toy itself. Very cute and well built. But for some reason, my kids (3 girls and 2 boys, ages 4 - 10 yrs. old last year) never played with this one much. They are STILL playing with the castle and it's been a huge hit. But, the vacation home just never hit popularity in our home. Not sure why. i hestitated to write a review, because I'm not sure what I would say about the toy....I would recommend it. You have to put a lot together...lots of stickers, if I remember correctly.
If you have to choose though....castle toys will provide years of fun and undying interest and hours of creative and imaginative play! Turn off the computer and video games and let your child turn on their own imagination. It's quieter and more educational by far. A fantastic investment that I would recommend for your child. It doesn't even require batteries! :)
