This is our first dream town purchase, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to read and the assembly even easier, although I do recommend paying attention to the label specified connectors. The fabric is wipe up or even machine washable if necessary, and it is very easy to store (whether in the corner or dismantled). The age range says this toy is for 3 to 5 years but my 2 year old is already almost too big for it so be aware that all of the children in the photos are on their knees. Desite this she still loves to charge me 20,000 doll hairs for a piece of gum though :)

We gave this gift to our 3 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas and she has played store with it every day (although she does charge $[...] for a slice of tomato...high even by NYC standards!). We live in an apartment and it does not take up too much room since it is easy to push against a wall. It was also easy to assemble on Christmas eve (took about 10 minutes). It complements nicely with other toys we already have (i.e. bake a pretend cake in our play kitchen, sell it at Cherry Blossom market and take it home in our toy shopping cart).

My boyfriend's nieces (3 and 6) liked it a lot. The whole market is really fun, it helps develop imagination. The cash register, fake money and credit card were a huge success too. I also got them Cherry Blossom Produce Stand. However, it doesn't have enough fruits to sell in the shop so we had to use some other toys like plastic plates etc. The whole market is very easy to assemble, it took 15 minutes.

This market is really cute, but I'd recommend it for a large playroom or a screened in porch. I thought it was going to be like a tent, where we could put it away when we weren't playing with it. However, it was slightly difficult to assemble, and is not meant to be taken down.

We were really impressed with this Playskool product. Similar to other reviews, it is great for apartments (and also homes) and has adorable little details with its two windows (one with an awning) and the other with a mesh screen. To all of us it looks less like a fruit stand and more like a sweet little cottage. Our 18 month daughter, loves her play area with it feeling like her own little house (we have her play kitchen set up behind the cherry blossom market as well as a chair).

We were also very impressed with purchasing this product through Today's Concept. The order arrived promptly and in excellent condition (new, unopened package).

I will admit it I was sceptical about the Cherry Blossom Market and all of the accessories. This seemed like just another set of fruit and vegetables, etc.... My daughter wanted this for Christmas and my wife convinced me that we should get it.

I am so glad that she did. The fruit set, ice-cream set, market, etc... is a ton of fun. My daughter has already spent a ton of time playing with this by herself and with friends. It is great for some imaginary play time, listening to others (when they ask for certain types of food), sharing, etc....

The market was a bit confusing to get assembled... had to read the directions a few times, but one it was together it is very sturdy. Have transported the set between multiple rooms and upstairs and downstairs with no problems.

Would definitely recommend this set.

We got a great deal on this for my 6 year old ... Amazon had it for $15 before Christmas, which is what prompted me to buy it even though she is at the higher end of the age bracket for this. There was a bit of a problem at assembly in that we receieved a wrong connector part so Daddy had to heat and bend the metal frame to use the incorrect part. Smooth sailing after that and one happy little girl! She even slept in it Christmas night! Super fun toy, but not for more than $20 (especially if your child is older).

This is a cute "market". With it being open on one side, it provides a way to monitor your child while they are playing. The opening is also nice during the hot summer months, ie Arizona. My niece like to put her sleeping bag on the floor of it and "camp out". My sister thought it was easy to put together following the instructions.

I bought this market for my son when he was 2 and now, at age 3.5, the market still gets plenty of use. Yes, it's a little feminine looking for a boy, but it was on sale and I couldn't pass it up. He loves selling me fruits and vegetables (purchased separately) through the little window. The market is very easy to move and was simple to put together. The walls are fabric, but we've had no problems with it. My twin babies don't understand the purpose of the market yet, but they already have fun climbing in and out of it. For such a simple design, it's a fun, compact way to encourage pretend play.

I bought this for my girls when they were 3 and 5. The had fun with it at first. They managed to tear up the frame after a couple of months and it went to the trash. I wouldn't recommend it for kids that like to climb or take things apart to see how they are put together. :)
