Affordable and Fun Camera for Younger Kids,

This is a nice, inexpensive camera for your budding photographer. Buttons are easy to push and it says "say cheese," "smile" and similar phrases when you try to "take a picture" as well as a little "flash" that goes off. A really nice feature is that you can insert your own photos so that when the child takes a photo, it will appear; unfortunately, you can only put in 4 photos so it's a little limited.This toy has been dropped and thrown and still works just as well as the day we got it as a hand-me-down. The ideal age range would likely be around 8-24 months but our nearly 3 1/2 year old still enjoys playing with it from time to time (especially when we put new photos in). It's not as educational as some of the other cameras but I think it's still a great first camera for a child. |
