Toy is well-made but my son doesn't play with it a lot. It's just not that interesting. This is the only Kota and Pals he owns, so I think it would get more use if he had a few of the different ones. He's 6 and I think this toy would be better for younger children, so I'm not going to purchase any of the companion toys to test my theory. It is cute and of good quality - just not very captivating.

My 4 year old loves this toy. It is her own baby. Do need to becareful not to be too rough, but it is a cute toy.

I bought this (along with several others in the set) for my nephew 2 Christmases ago. He loved them, but I was especially impressed when I saw him bring them back into "rotation" (he always brings some toys when he visits my parents) now that he has really gotten interested in dinosaurs. They still look almost like new and have proven to be durable.

Wonderful for my 4 year old grandson. He talks to the dino and has a great time. I don't know if baby dinos really made sounds like this one but it sure is cute. A good way t\for boys to develop nurturing skills.

It's cute and it makes cute noises and flaps its wings. If you expect more than go elsewhere. The only thing I found slightly wrong with it is I thought by movement it meant it walked, but it just flaps its wings. It's still extremely cute (and cheap) and I have no regrets. I bought it for my best friend, who is 18 by the way, and she loved it very much.

My son loves this baby dino!! Very cute and realistic. Have other one's too - we love'm!

These are 'baby' dinosaurs and their size reflects that - I feel they aren't too big to lose the cuteness but not so small that they aren't interesting. They have very cute baby sounds and even do a mock 'chomping' on fingers that my daughter loves. She has the set now and each dinosaur has a different sound and behavior. The kids are her school really loves these and keep asking her to bring one back for show and tell each time. They seem to very durable - can be thrown into the toy box with no worries. Just don't be surprised if you hear phantom sounds coming from them - they talk and make noises after your child has done playing with them!

They are hard plastic with moving parts - so this isn't a snuggle toy or something that kids can sleep with. The Pteradactyl hatchling makes 'bird' like noises and flaps his wings a bit. I think his features are perfect for young children - they don't need a history lesson and the anthropomorphic qualities do make it more appealing.
