My little guy loves it...,

I got this toy for my son when he had just mastered sitting up (at about 8 months old) and it gave him an activity that would let him hone that skill. He swings at the ball (and anything else) with the little bat and loves the announcers voice--"It's outta here!" just cracks him up. I recommend it highly. Mommy in CA

This toy has provided hours of enjoyment for my son who is 18 months old. I love the fact that it's only two pieces and it even has a place to store the bat! He loves the sound effects and he even has older friends who play with it trying to hit a home run.

I purchased this for my 2 year old son, thinking the adjustible height would be big enough. However, the "arm" only adjusts approx. 2 inches. My son had to bat down at the ball and pretty much just used the bat to destroy the unit. I would recommend this only for a child younger than 12 months as my friend received this as a gift for her 15 month old son and again, it is too small for him as well. The lights and sound/music are a nice option, but for a younger child.

We got this for our boy who just turned 1 because he hits at everything. I would say he plays with it ocasionally but he's got allot of options. It's fun for a few minutes and then it's on to the next. This toy is probably best when child is seated and agee that the height adjustment is useless. He mostly hits it with his hand and not the bat, but overall it's okay, and a little entertaining. This does not meen that he won't enjoy it more when he's a little older, again he just turned 1.

This toy is great! Thanks to it, my 16 month old son now loves to say "WOW!". He even likes hitting it just to hear it say it, and to watch it go around. But the downside to it, is its very short. Even thought he is a very tall boy, it would still be too short for an average sized standing baby. It only adjusts about 3 inches taller. Its more of a toy for sitters. That would be my only negative about it.

Son is 15mo. and has very little interest in this toy. Even at his young age the toy is very short and can only be adjusted by approx. 1.5". The toy often tips over if he swings at it and the sound interaction (single, double, triple home run) has nothing to do with how far the ball spins around.

Carefully read the dimensions of this toy. It is extremely small. So small in fact that our 1yr is already too tall to play with it. He has to crouch down to swing the bat at the appropriate level to hit the ball.

I purchased this item for my grandson's birthday and he loves it. I like it because the ball stays right there so he won't have to chase the ball all over the yard.

Right now, my 8th month old is just able to push the ball, hit the plate that makes it light up & makes noises and suck on the bat! He loves it and smiles alot. I love that you can raise it up, for taller toddlers. I can't wait til he can stand and practice hitting the ball to get ready for the big leagues! I wish the bottom was a little heavier, but it doesn't have a problem with tipping over. Overall I suggest this toy. I think it will make my little man have great hand eye coordination skills!!
