64 Mb card for PS2,
= Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Playstation 2 64 MB Memory Card (Accessory)
When I first put in the card to a new PS2 machine, the PS2 indicated the card needed to be formatted - I reset the card and then it seemed to work fine. I played GH3 for a while and it continued to save without any issues. The next day when I started the game, the PS2 had issues seeing the card. I reset the card a couple of times and then everything worked without any issues.
I then noticed that every time I started the game up, I had to reset the card to get the PS2 to see it. I was worried the card would go out leaving me without a saved game so I went down to Circut City and got a 32 Mb card from them - put it in and saved the game to the new card and haven't use the 64Mb card again. Not sure if the firmware is incorrect on that card or exactly what - but it doesn't work well...

I bought 2 of these cards, one for me and one for my brother. Mine only works after reseating it almost every time it needs to be accessed and my brothers card wasn't recognised at all with a multi-tap. Even with the bad reviews I wanted to try this memory card but that turned out to be a mistake. Still trying to return them.
P.S. I bought a Katana 32MB memory card and so far, it works every time even with a multi-tap.

Think twice before purchasing.,
This review is from: Playstation 2 64 MB Memory Card (Accessory)
I ordered this 64MB Memory Card online and was a little iffy about the product upon opening it.
A friend of mine had warned me about buying 64mb cards because most of them, in his opinion, were garbage. Stupidly I neglected his advice and ordered the card anyway because of its reasonable price. My PS2 doesn't even recognize the card, even after formatting and reseating it countless of times. I DON'T recommend this product to anyone.
