Although this one is still a little pricey, it is half the cost of a majority of these cables. It is very solid and durable and I've had no problems with it so far. This will output 1080p from your PS3 to your HDTV(if your TV supports it). If that is what you are looking for then you should purchase this. However, you can find cheaper ones if you really look. This one seemed like the best choice to me and I have no regrets!

Long story short, buy it and don't think about it. Here is my story:

Just bought a ps3 and a HD TV (samsung - 32 inch - 1080p), and I was a little dissipointed. The picture was a bit better than my old flatscreen, but not as good as I had expected. I was even getting little flickers across the screen in thin lines. Someone suggested a better cable than the $16.00 HDM1 cable I was using. I Figured, OK, why not? I bought this cable and my jaw dropped at the difference. All flickering noise gone, for starters. Colors brighter, images sharper (by far) and the audio even improved. If you have a PS3 and HD TV with 1080p, I assure you this cable is worth the money. You will see an astounding improvement in both your DVD or Blue Ray discs, and of course your games as well (I have been playing Call of Duty 5, and the difference in image quality is significant). --Mykal Banta

This is a great cable and works great. It's a little pricey though. I hooked up my 2 PS3 systems side by side on the same 2 TV's to see about if cable quality makes a difference. On one I had the monster cable and on the other one I had the HDMI Mediabridge Ultra Series. I couldn't see the difference between the 2. I did end up keeping the Monster Cable though since I didn't want to package it up to send it back. If you are looking at these go buy the Mediabridge Ultra Series and save some money b/c no one is going to see them. Now if you want the bragging rights and the have the money by all means you can buy the monster version. I have two home theather setups in my home. One has monster which is in the living room (was the first one I put together a couple years back) and the other one with the Mediabridge which I just got done with redoing the room with theather seating.

I have used Monster Cables previously for my PS2 and I knew how good they are. I needed only the standard cables and could not find them at any store. Amazon had the cables at a reasonable price and I could not pass them up. If you want the best picture and sound quality from your PS3 you definitely need to get Monster Cables.

Can never have enough back up HDMI cables to make sure of high quality HD signals, and for the price, this item is more than worth it. As a matter of fact, I may have to go back and purchase another at the excellent seller price!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

Bought this cable to replace my older HDMI cable and i can notice a huge difference picture quality is noticeably better for both gaming and watching movies via netflix. Would highly recommend this cable for your PS3.

A great cable, that brings the ps3 to it's full potential if you have a 1080p TV. The only thing that worries me, is that the hdmi port on the ps3 is on the back next to cooler, so the hdmi and lan cables can get pretty hot...

High quality for a low price. I was skeptical at first, but I've had no problems with it. All PS3 games in 1080p quality.

I just bought a PS3 not long ago and hooked it up to my 46' LG flatscreen with a generic HDMI cable and i was noticing that the screen would cut in and out and would flicker at times. I purchased this cable and the screen is clear as day. the picture is truly amazing witha good HDMI cable. Also, I was at Bestbuy the other day and seen the same cable for $100 dollars.

I Have A Couple of Questions If Anyone Could Help.
I Bought this cable have no regrets, got it for my ps3.
But was wondering why it says supports 1080p, while i play nba2k10 and the rate drops down to 720p and i read the game case says supports 1080p but seems that the cable does not.
Does anybody else have these issues?
was told that high speed hdmi cable are recommended for ps3 games, while this cables standard speed
my tv 32" supports 1080p.
