The only issue I have with these refill cassettes is that when they get close to empty, the bag starts to get loose around the rim. Then, when you try to put a diaper in, the bag kind of goes with it, so you end up using more bag than you really need to. Otherwise, I really like my Diaper Genie II.

We do not use for diapers, but for doggie poo. we live in a humid climate and used this product in dog poo disposal. Often in the humidity the back yard would smell of dog waste when we didn't empty the can right away. The can has been replaced with the diaper genie and it is awesome. No more smelly back yard! Easy to refill, too!

Trust me, you will NEVER go back to wrapping diapers or incontinence products in plastic grocery bags and throwing them out in the trash, where they stink up a room in short order.

The Diaper Genie's sealed system totally eliminates ANY odor. When full, it takes about 30 seconds to remove the sleve, tie a knot at the end of what you are throwing away and one at the end of the fresh sleve, then set the container up for continued use.

I HIGHLY recommend this system to dispose of:

baby diapers
toddler pull-ups
urinary incontinence pads
full sized incontinence diapers
disposable incontinence pads/bed protectors
soiled dressings and absorbent wound pads

The Playtex Diaper Genie refills are so convenient, we just had our 2nd baby and with 2 different sizes of diapers you can imagine the amount of diapers going into the Playtex bags !!!
Blue bags are dirty diaper friendly :-)

What would I do if they didnt make this product. I recieved the diaper genie II as a baby shower gift. I think they cost a bit too much since I didn't have a clue what it was. But, I am going on 4 months of using this and I couldn't live without it. It really helps with those icky diapers!
