Great one on one activity book for baby and toddler,
This review is from: Playtime Devotions: Sharing Bible Moments with Your Baby or Toddler (Heritage Builders (Standard)) (Spiral-bound)
I love this book because I can teach my kids songs and rhymes about God. I love the spiral format which can stand alone. This book has wonderful activities that entertain my little 3month old as well as my three year old. Highly recommend!

GREAT Resource--A Must-Have for All Christian Parents!,

We started using this book when our daughter was about 6 months old. We still use it now--she's 2 and a half--and her brother (8 months now) has joined us since his birth. We love the simple content, the Scripture, the rhymes, the spiral bind--well, we can't find anything wrong with it, basically! It has been interesting to watch our children's participation each night change as they grow older. We have been through the whole book about 4 or 5 times (we do one devotion for a whole week--the kids like the repetition, and it aids in memorization of the scripture, rhymes, etc). If you want to start devotions with your children at a young age, this is the book to begin with! It makes it fun for them...and fun for you, too!

Great Devotional for Little Ones,

This is a great book for the very youngest children. It is written in a very simple, easy to use format. Each day consists of a key thought, Bible verse, and simple game to play, song to sing, or rhyme to say, and then ends with a prayer. It is in a spiral bound book that can be stood up on a table or floor for easy reference while leading the devotion with your little one. The activities are very simple and good for language development with very little kids. The book is intended for children age birth through age 3. It seems a little too simple for older twos, though. Overall, this is a great book for ideas on how to lead a devotion with babies and young toddlers and would be a great resource for a home, nursery, or Sunday School class.

Great for Infants, Good for Toddlers,

I think I was expecting a little more from this book, but once I started using it, I really liked it.
It is VERY basic and perfect for my infant. But because it is so easy, it actually works for my toddlers, too. They have a verse to learn, a song to sing or game to play and a prayer to say. The book itself is VERY DURABLE so it is great for when little fingers want to look at it themselves!!!

My kids (18 months and 3 years old)both love this devotional. They make sure that we do something from it every night. It has primarily has songs and finger plays that address the truth and importance of the Bible, thanking God for the new day, bedtime, going to church, praying... It is fun and God-centered.

Our oldest son is excited about nighttime devotions - good simple messages reinforced with an actions-driven poem or song.
