Severe skips and can't figure out how to complain,

What there is of this is terrific, but at about 1:30 there is some severe skipping. For the money, it's not worth an hour to figure out how to complain and get another copy.
I've bought a lot of .mp3s on Amazon, and this is my first problem. |
