This is a delightful story of a Mama raccoon's love for her little one!,

The little raccoon left behind her elephant stuffie and held her arm toward her Mama so she'd pick her up. Mama kissed her little nose and sat her on a cushion to put on her warm bunny slippers. She brushed her little one's hair and fixed her a little breakfast of "jam and bread." Another little cuddle and Mama put on her little blue hat so they could go outside. Look, there was the cat ... it would be lots of fun to dress her up. The cat's eyes widened. Perhaps the little racoon had dressed her once before!Mama snuggled her little one, sang to her, and twirled her around. Pick me up, put me down. Mama was always there. "Please pick me up, Mama. / Feed me soup with rice. / Please put me down, Mama. / Hand me cookies ... twice!" The day went on and they shared their time together. Mama was always there when she needed her. Soon the day would be done. Would Mama be there to comfort her when the stars twinkled in the sky? This is a delightful story of a Mama raccoon's love for her little one. This little tale takes us through an entire day, showing us the importance of a mother's love and devotion to her child. Most parents can relate to the constant needs of a toddler. The artwork meshes perfectly with this tale, capturing the essence of Mama's nurturing.
