The end of the opera..., December 5, 2003
This review is from: Please Teacher - Hello Again (Vol. 4) (DVD)
Kei has slipped into another standstill and in order to help him Mizuho has to break a few rules. In other words, she's pretty much going to have problems either way, so she goes ahead and saves him anyway. Of course, for breaking the rules she is banned from Earth and everybody else gets their memories erased.
What will she do now? Be a good little girl or come back to Earth anyway and try to start all over again? Will her mom and sister help her or will the Galaxy Federation stop her before she can do more harm?
Funny, heart-breaking, mature and sometimes very naughty. One of the best mini-series ever.

All heart and then a Laugh, March 21, 2005
The first couple of shows from the final DVD collection were all about the heart. Basicly Miss Kazami comes back to earth after everyone's mind is erased, and the fact she is permently banned from earth. She and gets Kei to remember her and they end up going through a another wedding. Well it is an all good heart filled ending....but wait there's more. The final episode then takes you on a ride with not only the now happily married couple, but also all the main and co-characters of the story, basicly giving everyone a place. The last episode I believe, makes buying and watching every DVD all the more worth while. I didn't stop laughing though the entire last show.

A Phenominal Ending, July 5, 2010
This review is from: Please Teacher - Hello Again (Vol. 4) (DVD)
This volume wraps up one of the greatest Animes in existance. Whether your tastes call for Japanese or English you shall not be disappointed as both casts are nothing but all stars!!! With names like Bridget Hoffman, Dave Wittenburg, Michelle Ruff, Julie-Anne Taylor, Kirk Thorton, Karen Strausman, and Michael McConnohie just to name a few...or should Nihongo be your passion, then Kikuko Inoue and Ayaka Kawasumi are a pair match only by a select few.
This volume contains 3 episodes to wrap up the series. Two that follow the original plot line to it's conclusion and one OVA special. Episode 11 picks up where 10 left off with Kei in a standstill. It delves into his past and explains where his standstill originate. Ep 12 (without giving too much away) shows the power of Kei and Mizuho's love for one another as it reaffirms and soldifies their relationship. Ep 13 pushes the envelope of this series to it's limit showing why Bandai rated it 16 and up. Hastuho has returned to Earth with one intesion. She's going to spice up Kei and Mizuho's newlywed life with a bit of jealousy as she steals Kei away for herself!
Some noteable worthwiles are: The special ending to ep 12. It's not textless but like many special endings it tells a story. The extras...this series is definelty packed with decent extras. "Music Clip 3" is actually a Promo Music Video using the full version of "Love a Riddle" - KOTOKO
This is actually a replacement copy for me. After 6 years my orginal is warn out from all the in and out of my DVD player :) So I speak from experence as a fan. Some more recommendations. The Onegai Teacher Music Collection witch is a set of music videos for Onegai (Please) Teacher. It contains to videos that are orginal animation including "Snow Angel" which is animated to tell the story of the winter that fills the gap between Season's 1 and 2. Speaking of Season 2...Onegai Twins is less a sequal and more a spinoff however many cameos are made by our favorite cast members and it tells a fantastic story of it's own using probably the greatest Japanese female duo ever! Mai Nakahara and Ai Shimizu play the lead ladies. The English cast is great two adding in addition to the above cast, Johnny Young Bosch, Kari Wahlgren,Lara-Jill Miller, and Crispen Freeman to the mix. If you liked the orignal cast of Onegai Teacher in either language I reccomend another great drama story in Ai Yori Aoshi. It lacks Bridget Hoffman and Kikuko Inoue but I don't hold that against it. If like me, your a fan of the Mai and Ai duo I mentioned above, then Mai-Hime and it's sequal Mai-Otome might be for you, the dubs weren't bad on these in the slightest but it's hard to top that pair. Also a lesser known title they appear in is probably the greasest story ever told....Strawberry Panic! It may not be for everyone and certainly not younger views as it is a Yuri storyline that is quite unappologetic...however it is the most phenominal drama and love stroy I've ever seen and no I don't just mean for an Anime. Finally the release of Clannad that pairs Mai Nakahara and Kikuko Inoue in the same story is another Phenominal series! Probably my number 2 all time. There has just been a dub released of this however I haven't seen it yet. In any case this two season show is the crowning achivement of Key/Visal Arts and is definetely worth your time and money.
