I received the item and it apparently runs VERY small because I have ordered lots of shoes via internet in the past and have NEVER had to return them due to the size. I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive.

These are WONDERFUL! I love the granny boot style. The black patent and stiletto high heels make them really sexy. I ordered one size up and they're a little big, but it helps with room in the toes.

These shoes are tha bomb! love them, love them, love them! I wear them to work - a lot - because they're so comfy and sexy at the same time. The perfectly subtle attention grabbers. And every time I get fresh compliments. People can't get enough of them, and neither can I. I was a bit skeptical about the patent look making the boots look cheap. But that is so not the case.
I wasn't sure at first about the size so I went a notch higher - 12M, just in case they turned out to be too tight as these are not open-heeled or peep-toes. And I'm glad I did. The side zips are a huge advantage. Only disadvantage - unlike sneakers, evey time you take them off, you have to re-lace, but the lace holes make that really easy, so no real complaints there.
My first pair of Pleasers and I am so getting more.
