The audeo version of this book is a great way to experience the gentle and inspiring voice of Dr Pearsall. His personal story of grueling cancer treatment, holding onto his belief in living a life of pleasure & joy, and untimately championing over his illness, though he'd been told he'd fail. I could ldisten to it 10 times and feel good every time. It's a wonderful book for those of us who are ill--or are well-- and want to stay that way. It's about taking care of ourselves and feeling good about our lives and how we live them. I highly reccomend it.
