For three years, Cameron Cody had made up his mind that he wanted Vanessa Steele; although, Vanessa couldn't stand to be in his presence for more than the fact that he tried to take over the Steele Corporation, she is attracted to him as well.

To keep from seeing Cameron while he was in Charlotte for business, Vanessa decides to housesit her sister's condo in Jamaica. Who decides to buy the house next door? None other than Cameron Cody. With the advice of Morgan Steele to use a "sneak attack", Cameron decides to let Vanessa set the rules for their relationship and a two-week affair begins since she believes in sponaniety. Cameron shopping with Vanessa was most enjoyable.

As Ms Jackson warns us in her message, this is a scorcher. It was an enjoyable read and I don't know how much more heat she can turn up, but leave it to Brenda and she'll find a way. I do hope there are stories in the future for the sisters (Taylor and Cheyenne) and something for Xavier and Kurt.

Having a followup(Sexual Healing)for Leah and Reese in the back of the book was unique.

I tell you reader if you have read Brenda's other Steeles books you will truely and I do mean truely enjoy this book. All I can say is HOT HOT HOT from beginning to end. You will not be able to put this book down. I thought MORGAN was something, but that CAMERON IS SOMETHING ELSE, a man after my own HEART. He wanted Vanessa, and he got Vanessa. Can't say to much but you will not be disappointed TRUST ME ON THIS.

This book get 5 stars plus if I could rate this book higher it would a "10" that is how good this book is.

Ok - Ms. Brenda has outdone herself again. This Forged of Steele series just keeps getting hotter and hotter. Cameron Cody has decided he wants Vanessa Steele and goes all out to get her. I really enjoyed this book. The banter between the 2 main characters was hilarious and steamy all at the same time. As for Cameron, I didn't think anyone could get any better than Morgan Steele - but I was proved wrong. Cameron was awesome, sexy and gentle at the same time and deviates from the "sneak attack" just a little to get his woman. You can't go wrong with this book. The romance is first class - great read. I can't wait to see whose next. Thanks again Ms. Jackson!!!

Ms. Jackson has done it again with another hot story! Vanessa Steele is determined not to like Cameron Cody in her mind because he tried to buy the Steele company. She knows in her heart that he is the one man who could steal her heart and she refuses to allow that after her last love affair ended in heartbreak and the loss of her self esteem. Cameron is determined that she will be his wife and vows to prove to her that he is not the evil man that she thinks he is but the man who plans to love her forever. The love scenes are hot and the storyline is explosive. Thanks Ms. Jackson for another great story!

Just when you thought the "Forged of Steele" Series could get no hotter with Morgan and Lena's story, in ususal Brenda Jackson fashion, she brings her A through Z game to the table. I could not wait for Vanessa and Cameron's story and my favorite author did not disappoint me! It was HOT! HOT! HOT!, Cameron chased Vanessa for 3 years and he finally caught her!! and he caught her in grand fashion. Cameron knew what he wanted and did not hesitate to do whatever it takes to get it. Brenda has a way of making you fall in love with all her characters. As usual I didn't want her book to end. Get this book!!

I am always satisfied with Brenda Jackson's books; however with Risky Pleasures she deserved an A+++++. This book was great. I did not think she could've top her previous books, but I'm extremely happy to have waited for Cameron & Vanessa story.

This book was wonderful. I read it in one day. Cameron, Cameron, Cameron. What else is there to say. He came, he saw, and yes he conquered.

Great story, wonderful passion, sensual love scenes. Job well done.

"Risky Pleasures" is the long awaited book about feisty Vanessa Steele and the man set on capturing her heart - Cameron Cody. Vanessa has had one disappointing experience in life and is determined that she no longer wants to be involved with another man at this point in her life. However, Cameron has other ideas. Cameron is determined to pursue Vanessa even if it means following her to Jamaica when she goes there to "house sit" for her sister.

When Vanessa discovers that Cameron is hot on her trail, she decides to turn the tables and beat Cameron at his game. Vanessa sets out to charm Cameron with seduction, however, Cameron is of the same mind. With both minds thinking alike, will their seduction of pleasure turn into "risky pleasures" that both never thought could happen? In order to find out, you must read the story.

"Risky Pleasures" is definitely hot and will keep you turning the pages.

In my opinion, when Ms. Jackson is part of an anthology or novella, her stories are O.K. but when she writes solo, she's great. This novel started off slow but picked up steam towards the middle of the book. Cameron didn't deny his feelings for Vanessa, but her denial of her feelings for Cameron was annoying. All her family and friends sensed the attraction, but she let the denial drag on and on. The part of the story where everyone was at Morgan's political shindig and he (Morgan) had to watch his language in front of Reverend (his name escapes me for the moment), was so funny. Leah and Reese's story needed closure..and what a nice closure it was. Who is the next Steele to fall in love? Donovan, Taylor, or Cheyenne?

I have been a fan of Brenda Jackson for many years and I have A LOT of her books. After reading Soul Caress, I knew I had to get the rest of the series. And I wasn't disappointed. Risky Pleasures was a great read from cover to cover.
